Host a Period Party She’ll Remember—Anytime, Anywhere
A self-paced, pre-recorded workshop for girls ages 8–11 and their trusted adults — where you press play and I do the teaching!
You’ll get expert guidance, a simple list of what to gather, and step-by-step instructions as I walk you all through each activity, experiment, game, and learning moment. Just pause me when it’s time to chat, do an activity, or grab a snack — then press play when you're ready to keep going!
It’s not just something you watch — it’s something you do together.
Host a supportive, confidence-boosting period prep party — in your home, on your schedule.

*Because your girl deserves more than "just figure it out."
When I got my first period, it was a quiet, practical moment: here’s a pad, here’s what to do. My mom did her best (and I’m so grateful for that), but like many in her generation, she didn’t have the tools, language, or confidence to talk through periods in a real, empowering way.
And let’s be honest—that wasn’t unusual. Many of us grew up without much functional guidance on how to manage periods day-to-day or how to actually care for our bodies through big changes like puberty.
And honestly? That’s how it’s been for a lot of us.
Now here we are, raising daughters of our own. And maybe you're wondering: how do I even start the conversation? What if I mess it up? What if it’s awkward? What if she doesn’t want to talk?
The truth is, you don’t need to be perfect.
You just need a warm, fun, safe space to connect—and sometimes, someone to guide the way.
That’s exactly why I created the EmpowerGirls Virtual Period Prep Party.
I’m Natalie—a pelvic health and period specialist, occupational therapist of 16 years, and mom of two. I created this workshop to help girls ages 8–11 and their trusted adults feel prepared, confident, and connected as they begin the journey of puberty and menstruation.
And yes, it’s actually fun.
What This Experience Delivers
You and your child will go from awkward or unsure… to confident and connected — all in one afternoon. Help your daughter feel proud, prepared, and supported — even before her first period arrives. This isn’t just a “talk." It’s a shared experience you’ll both remember.
Here’s how this party changes everything:
✔︎ Build body confidence before her first period
✔︎ Eliminate awkward talks with a fun, guided experience
✔︎Create lasting memories with friends and trusted adults
✔︎Open the door to ongoing, honest conversations
✔︎Help her feel normal — not nervous — about growing up

Learn & Party
In just one afternoon, you and your girl will:
✔ Learn what’s happening in her body (without the overwhelm)
✔ Get familiar with real period products, how to use them, and how to choose what’s right
✔ Build a personalized period kit to feel prepared
✔ Play games and do hands-on activities that make learning easy and memorable
✔ Open the door to ongoing, meaningful conversations—without the awkward
All from the comfort of your home, on your own time, with my pre-recorded video leading the way. The video itself runs just over an hour, but with time to pause, chat, and enjoy all the hands-on activities, you’ll want to allow about 2 hours for the full experience.

-
Real talk from someone who gets it
-
Emotional and social support woven in
-
Gentle, age-appropriate language that helps girls feel safe and curious
-
A space where moms and daughters connect, not cringe
I’ve spent over a decade helping people understand their bodies. And I know that when we teach girls how to care for themselves—not just what’s happening to them—everything changes.
Testimonials
"The program was very uplifting, positive, informative, and fun for both the girls and moms!"
Erin W.
This was a great way to open the door to further conversation with my daughter in a way that felt warm, safe, nonjudgmental and welcoming.
Meredith M.
We enjoyed the exercises for period discomfort as well as just being able to connect together and with other families.
Kaelyn D.
"The period party was a great, fun way to start these important conversations with my daughter, reduce the stigma around menstruation and create a sense of community, belonging and acceptance of her body. Even as a health care provider, I still had not found a way to start talking about this with my own child."
Jacqueline B.
